HOW TO COMPLETE THE ENTRY FORM
1. All entries, including those from schools, must be received by the Secretary by Saturday 23rd January 2010.
2. Please give performance timing rounded up to nearest quarter minute on the application form.
3. In the Electronic Keyboard classes, if you wish to use your own instrument, please write ‘own’ in the Instrument column.
4. Schools should enter the approximate number of children in the instrument group or choir in the “Age” column.
5. The ENTRY CHARGES for entrants are as follows:
Novice to grade 3 £5
Solo vocalists up to age 13
Grades 4 to 6 £6
Solo vocalists aged 14 – 16
Grades 7 & 8 and Open classes £7
Solo vocalist Open classes
Duets and Trios £6
(instrumental and vocal, including lieder)
Ensembles (instrumental and vocal) £10
and Choirs
6. An advice showing time and venue will be sent to competitors within three weeks of the closing date for receipt of entries.
